National Innovation Plan: Call for ideas
Invitation to share your ideas on how the UK can drive forward its innovation policy to keep Britain in the forefront of cutting-edge ideas.
The request, by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), is prompted by the nature of innovation in helping us to address our biggest societal and economic challenges such as energy supply, food security and managing the impacts of demographic change.
The consultation will form the development of a National Innovation Plan, which would be published later this year.
BIS is asking for ideas in these 7 areas below:
- Regulation
- Procurement
- Access to finance
- Data
- Challenger businesses
- National infrastructure
- Intellectual property
Deadline for submitted views is by 22nd May – Share your opinion
