Win The Opportunity To Be Crowned The Mayor’s Entrepreneur 2017

London students are invited to submit an innovative idea to address issues facing the capital and win the chance to be crowned the Mayor’s Entrepreneur 2017.

Previous Winners – Elena Dieckmann and Ryan Robinson, students from Imperial College London, founded Aeropowder.

The Mayor’s Entrepreneur competition is also looking to award the winning student entrepreneur a £20k start up fund to support their business.

Categories for entry are:

  1. Air quality
  2. Water
  3. Energy
  4. Transport
  5. Food waste
  6. Recycling and reuse
  7. Other

The competition, sponsored by Citi, is opened to students from a University or college within Greater London.

As well as the £20k competition prize, applicants will receive free mentoring from business experts, opportunity to pitch ideas ‘Dragon’s Den’ style at City Hall plus networking opportunities.
