You should invest your time and resources into developing your understanding of just one thing. It’s always best to deliver one exceptional service or skill, rather than many weak ones.

2. Work out the question you’re trying to answer

Business is full of distractions. It’s easy to veer off course and to forget the original message that you’re trying to communicate.

3. It’s okay to be wrong

Once you fully understand and committed to a particular goal, it’s important to test different approaches one at a time. It’s okay if a particular approach doesn’t work. Testing it will allow you to pick it apart and identify where it went wrong.

4. Ask yourself why

Never stop questioning. You need to constantly commit yourself to asking why you’re able to stay current and deliver consistent quality.

5. Expect the same standards from others

If everyone is working with the same goals and values in mind, things will get done a lot quicker and more effectively.
