WeWork – a global network providing shared office spaces – has launched the application for its ‘Creator Awards’ programme – aimed at supporting creative ideas and entrepreneurs.
The WeWork Creator Awards is a global competition recognising and rewarding innovative startups, entrepreneurs, performing artists, and non-profit organisations.
Applicants from across the business sector are invited to apply for the competition in any of these categories – Performing Arts (for musicians, dancers, poets, artists or other live performers) | Nonprofit (for registered NGO’s, charities, and non-profit organisations looking to establish or expand) | Business venture (for startups, entrepreneurs or established enterprises with a plan to grow).
Winners of the ‘Creator Awards’ are set to receive up to $360,000 (around £280,000) in funding.
Criteria For Applying:
- The Creator Awards is open to businesses at any stage – from pre-startup to existing companies;
- Applicants will need to submit basic information about their ideas or companies as well as a 90-second video.
The application deadline is 28th September and the awards event for startups based in the UK is 25th October.
